When the architect of record specifies an AMB Warranty “Weathertight Warranty” (WTW) Program, your owner knows you envision their long-term needs. Since we offer a variety of WTW’s, you can pick the one that meets your owners value.

AMB’s relationships to the market via independent coil suppliers drives price pressures to your local and regional metal roofing manufacturers in our competitive world. Rather than a national coil provider that tries to be everything to everybody we develop multiple regional and local providers to create product, service and price competitiveness. Each project you specify with an AMB WTW Warranty will have our certified (?) inspectors on site to review approved construction details with your contractor. Our mantra is to be sure your project owner receives a metal roof that is weathertight, hereby, protecting their investment. Once secured, we issue the owner the warranty of their choosing.

We offer 3 proven value WTW programs, LICV, LDV or NDL. Each WTW type offers varied years and types of service lending itself to different costs to meet the owners needs. How many years of “Peace of Mind” does your owner want to purchase; 5-10-15-20 years or possibly even up to 25 years of protection. Call us to go over customized programs that are available.

Far and away our most popular offering is the 20-year No-Dollar Limit (NDL) protection package. The ultimate NDL protection package gives owners comfort that they will stay hi-n-dry for up to 25 years. 25 years is a long service life, so AMB offers, for a fee, transferability of all warranties to owners. The new owners may want to discuss customizing the warranty they want to purchase.

Most all of us need to be price conscious, but we want the assurances my project is installed correctly. AMB certified (?) inspectors can be on-site to review the project with your roofing installers with any AMB Warranty purchased. Besides our NDL packages you may want to consider our Limited Installed Contract Value (LICV) or Limited Dollar Value (LDV) to achieve your desired WTW project overview.
