AMB provides several different types of warranties. Much of our warranties depend on the market the client is working with; offering warranties to coil producers, manufacturers, general contractors, building owners and residential homeowners. We can meet the needs specific to the client and their project and their budget.
Our main offering is roof warranties. We offer the NDL (No Dollar Limit), the LDV (Limited Dollar Value) and the LICV (Limited in Contract Value) in varying years; 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25. We can work with the specific projects and tailor the warranty to fit budget and project specs. In addition, AMB also provides building envelope warranties with the same years, and warranty types. We have been approached to offer longer warranties, 30-, 35- & 40-year warranties, while these have more stringent guidelines, they are a possibility.
Recently, AMB has started working with coil producers to warranty their product. This will help AMB grow in the marketplace, at the same time provide “peace of mind” to those working and building with the material, and those owning the product at its end result.
